The property is clean and pleasant. Welcoming personnel is on the receptionist. Magnificent and stunning location next to a gift shop. The onsite bar is nice, you've got to try its warm drinks.

I loved the place, it was spotless & the staff were AMENABLE. Room was warm enough, uniquely decorated and all in all reasonably priced. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was astonishing. I had a lovely experience and will be back.

Fairly clean extremely pleasant rooms, big size bathroom, satisfactory breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Superior location to palais rohan. The hotel was small, but I stayed for 3 nights only.
